Chef de Partie

Key Responsibilities

  • One of our clients, a Star Restaurant is looking for a Chef de Partie. This person will be responsible for food preparation (mis-en-place), as well as cooking and plating food during service as per menus and food preparation methods of the Restaurant.
  • Duties & Responsibilities:
  • ▪︎ Will report to the Sous Chef/Head Chef
  • ▪︎ Assist in day-to-day operations of the kitchen
  • ▪︎ Work on different sections of the kitchen

Requirements

  • ▪︎ Chef de Partie with at least 2-3 years in the role
  • ▪︎ Vocational Culinary Degree a plus
  • ▪︎ Experience in Mediterranean cuisine
  • ▪︎ Knowledge of à la carte menu
  • IMMEDIATE PLACEMENTS for candidates with fluent English, meeting all the above requirements
