Key Responsibilities

• One of our clients, an upscale fish restaurant in central Croatia is looking for an experienced bartender with a good knowledge on wine.
• Job Responsibilities:
• Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
• Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
• Crafting original beverage menu & design new, innovative cocktails

Requirements

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Fluent in English
• Any other language would be considered an asset
• IMMEDIATE PLACEMENTS for candidates with fluent English, meeting all the above requirements.
