About the Role

One of our clients is looking for a Generator Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Job Responsibilities:
• Operating and controlling machinery and systems used in power generation such as generators, and other auxiliary equipment.
• Monitoring various indicators, gauges, and meters to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems within the power plant.
• Making adjustments to controls and settings based on operational needs and changes in demand to maintain efficient and safe operations.
• Conducting routine maintenance tasks and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues or hazards.

Requirements

• Working collaboratively with other operators and maintenance personnel to coordinate activities and achieve operational goals.
• The ideal candidate:
• 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
• The ability to work on their own initiative as well as form part of a team.
• Fluency in English
