Plumber

About the Role

One of our clients is looking for a Plumber to installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes in commercial structures like apartment buildings or residential homes. To collaborate with other construction professionals such as general contractors to ensure everything goes according to plan during renovations or new builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reading drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems for projects
• Cutting, assembling and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)
• Installing and maintaining water supply systems
• Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g., leaks)

Requirements

• Valid license to practice the profession
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
• Excellent physical condition and flexibility
• Proven experience in a similar job
• Good customer care skill
